I’m a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant and I’ve spent many years in the accountancy profession. I have a wealth of financial experience working in a range of businesses from independent sole traders through to the public sector, managing multi-million-pound budgets both in the UK and overseas. Currently tackling walking throughout the UK. Including the latest mountain conquered, Pen Y Fan, with my daughter Charlotte. Not to mention being allowed to care for Tilly our cat.

Having decided on a career change into accounting, Lisa passed her AAT Accounting Level 2 exams in 2019. Lisa is a certified Xero adviser and is enjoying her new career path. Lisa manages our clients’ day to day record keeping and payroll. Lisa also looks after welcoming and onboarding our new clients. At home, Lisa has her husband Michael, three dogs and two cats, who all keep her busy.

I am originally from Birmingham, I have had a varied career background, from Veterinary Nursing, Financial Services and finally as a Business Support Manager for a food manufacturing company. I moved to Evesham in 2019, just prior to lock down and worked full time as a self-employed video editor. The business now runs part-time which fits in perfectly around my job here at AO. I am a member of two book clubs and a walking group locally. I love to walk my dog and look after my garden, although my attempts to grow vegetables tends to be a battle as to who can eat them first - me or the slugs.

Mark uses his skills and experience in complex tax advice, financial services, business growth consultancy, corporate finance, insolvency and legal advice to provide our clients with an exceptional standard of service at competitive rates.
Working with our team of world-class specialists serving over 100 UK SME businesses, Mark’s experience and knowledge are invaluable to any business.

His leisure time is split between family, charity work and avidly following sports, in particular his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Gavin has extensive experience and detailed technical knowledge in advising clients across all areas of retirement planning, tax planning, investments, estate & inheritance tax planning and personal/business protection.

David of TAG Tax heads up our tax technical team consisting of over 25 tax consultants.

He is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 25 years of wide ranging experience. He spent over 14 years with a Big 4 firm specialising in corporate tax, dealing with both national and international companies and groups.

David also spent 3 years with a mid-tier firm heading up a tax team in a regional office dealing with both corporate and personal tax matters for owner-managed businesses. This enabled him to gain valuable experience in managing Director/Shareholder issues for owner-managed businesses.

Chris Hewitt

Chris started his career in financial services in 1995 providing advice to clients and companies in the pension, investment and protection arena for the Prudential before moving to John Charcol as a Senior Consultant / Mortgage Broker, predominantly dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and assisting with complex prime and larger Buy to Let Portfolios.

In 2004 Chris was approached to head up the Birmingham office of Savills Private Finance overseeing a team of consultants as well as advising on complicated transactions and high net worth clients directly, being promoted to Associate Director and winning several awards along with his office.

After a spell as a founding broker with Capital Private Finance, starting in 2010, which became one of the premier brokerages in London, Chris established his own brokerage CAPC and set up TAG Mortgages in 2018 to provide a branded solution for the network and our clients.

The business continues to grow and receive strong support and positive feedback from both clients and accountants in the network.

Mark has built up a wealth of experience with a diverse range of business sectors/situations spanning everything from corner shops, professional investment syndicates, renewable energy projects and high-value assets.
